The compute node that services two shared servers (ph108 and ph101) went offline.
We are working on it now and should have it back online shortly.
UPDATE: ph101 is back online and ph108 is back online. They may be a bit slower due to increased I/O from a disk merge process that's happening for the next 30 - 60 minutes.
The issue has been resolved and all systems operating normally.
